5 minutes for you

 Take 5 deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.




Here's an example of how to do it
:

Sit down in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Close your eyes and take a few slow, deep breaths through your nose.
Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four.
Hold your breath for a count of four.
Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of six, making a "whooshing" sound.
Repeat this four more times, inhaling through your nose for a count of four, holding your breath for a count of four, and exhaling through your mouth for a count of six.
After the fifth breath, sit quietly for a few moments and notice how you feel.


Remember to take your time with each breath and try to focus your attention on the sensation of your breath moving in and out of your body.
